Could a lithium deficiency and lots of Methylfolate cause a Methyl Trap?

I've never noticed ANYTHING from taking MeCbl (Enzymatic Therapy, Country Life or Jarrow) or AdoCbl (Source Naturals & Anabol Naturals).

In trying to understand what is going on I recently found out I scored below the minimum threshold for lithium in my hair test. Also apparently in trying to unknowingly compensate for the Lithium/B12 issue my methylfolate intake crept up to 15-30mg a day to minimal effect.

This has me wondering if I could have unintentionally shoe horned my way into a Methyl Trap. If so how would I determine if this is the case and how much MeCbl/AdoCbl & Methylfolate would I likely need to take to get out of it?
