Computer time

I get a lot of pleasure researching my family history on the computer and spend many hours doing it sometimes.

But I do find I get neck headaches and brain fog often when I've been on the computer a lot.

Is there a way of reducing this? Is it more mental fatigue or computer use.

Would really like to have just one thing that doesn't have some kind of payback!

Would love to hear your advice or experiences.

These stretches might help your neck:
Drop you chin to your chest, hold 5 seconds; bend you head backwards, hold 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
Bend your left ear towards your left shoulder, hold 5 seconds; bend your right ear towards your right shoulder, hold 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
