I would like to know if catalse and SOD are lipid membrane soluble, and also if there is a good catalse supplement that is designed to survive stomach acid and enter plasma. I don't know if catalase can actually survive stomach acid and be permeable to intestinal mucosa thou. Also, what is the best way to upregulate glutathione production? I read the Nrf2 transcription factor is key in controlling glutathione production along with several other anti-oxidant molecules, but I am not sure whats the best way to increase the amount and activation of this, and if there are other factors to take into consideration.
