Hi, I'm fairly new here and just got my 23andMe results-- I've been waiting to start a methylation program but now I'm really confused as to where to start. So far my major problems are fatigue with PEM, muscle weakness/soreness, insomnia and temperature dysregulation. Here are my SNP mutations:

Gene & Variation rsID Alleles Result
COMT V158M rs4680 AG +/-
COMT H62H rs4633 CT +/-
VDR Taq rs731236 AA +/+
MAO-A R297R rs6323 GT +/-
MTHFR C677T rs1801133 AG +/-
MTR A2756G rs1805087 GG +/+

MTRR A664A rs1802059 AG +/-
BHMT-02 rs567754 CT +/-
BHMT-04 rs617219 AC +/-
BHMT-08 rs651852 CT +/-
CBS A360A rs1801181 AG +/-
SHMT1 C1420T rs1979277 AG +/-

I did have a homocysteine level recently and it was 10 (ref <10.4).

Thanks so much in advance for any help with this!
