If I had to use a video, I'd be sure it was a beginner one, and I would probably do less of everything than they say and stop if anything hurt, and really work up to it over weeks.

These are short yoga workouts (about 5-6 minutes) called "Yoga in bed". I think they are meant for people to do in bed on waking but perhaps they would be safe for ME patients who are strong enough to sit up, to help with gentle stretching?

Please be careful if following these - some yoga stretches may look deceptively simple but can be actually very demanding for ME patients!
