Xylene

My latest Metemetrix organix acid test showed i had very high levels of xylene in my body. This is strange as i have never worked in an industry where i would have come into contact with it.Has anyone had the same diagnosis, and how did you go about treating it?
The recomendation is supplementing glycine, but after 3 months of doing so, i feel little progress has been made

Have you retested? I wonder if one would be able to feel such a change.
