So far, I have never had a clear explanation for It, but since I got sick, I cant drink more than 500mL of water without get very tired/sleepy in 2 minutes. The funniest is that I feel good taking IV saline water. Any Idea?

Your sodium levels might be low? Low blood volume? When you drink more than a certain amt of water the sodium gets even more diluted and the levels drop? Just throwing out an idea. You might try getting more natural mineral salts into the body. Green leafy veggies...........celery juice.
