Any suggestions for the best forum to post and read about relationships between BH4 and migraines? I have some reading I'd like to share, but not sure where to post it.

it's ok to just start a thread somewhere that seems likely to you, then ask have it moved (report your post and ask there, or post in the tech support forum and ask there).
If it's more about migraines as a condition/symptom, it could go here in symptom forums under neurological section or pain (pretty sure ICC covers migraines under pain).
If it's about treatment of migraines, it would go somewhere in the treatment section depending on what you plan to say
