I heard a health show a few days ago,
mentioning a compound in both Edam Cheese
and lamb (not Vitamin Bs), were helpful for ???
I lost my notes. It was definitely not Vit Bs,
it could be an amino acids or something else.
Whenever I had one type of palpitations, eating
Edam Cheese or lamb were very helpful. This means,
I am deficient in ???? I haven't be able to find out since,
which compound it is.
Anyone knows???
Many thanks,
