Where can I go for more advanced testing?

I've tried two internal medicine doctors and lots of tests from my GP and have found nothing.

Are there any hospitals/clinics in the U.S. or Canada that will do a more thorough investigation?

Have you tried the Genova Diagnostics lab in the UK? They will be able to provide a list of doctors and institutions in your country that handle more non-NHS standard testing. E.g. Organic Acid Test and Nutritional testing.
In the US there is also Great Plains lab and the Mayo clinic to look into.

If you have MECFS, then generally you won’t find anything abnormal from commercial lab testing except maybe low or very low ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate). There is no biomarker for MECFS, so additional testing generally won’t tell you anything.

if you run the right test the CFS specilst run, you can find a lot wrong
Lymphocyte subset,
Citokine profile,
NK cell numbers and activity
Tilt table test.....
