When i get an asma feeling(think chronic bronchitis from last year maybe) i feel a bit better cfs.

Its weird. Like asma running feeling>cfs relief. I get it for no reason, laying in bed etc.

Maybe ldn? Or newly introduced pro/pre biotic? Ive been on it for a month or so. Its sporadic though. Minorly reminds me of opiate buzz
