What should I know before pursuing Daratumumab?

after trying almost everything from the roadmap, I decided that I should pursue the last treatment I've not pursued - Daratumumab. I already found a doctor available to prescribe it, but I don't think he will follow my case. I'm looking for CFS trials with the drug, but couldn't find any information about doses and frequency.

Might want to read:
"Is There a Future for Anti-CD38 Antibody Therapy in Systemic Autoimmune Diseases?"

Unfortunately, no discussion of dosage, but interesting information nonetheless.

One drawback: "CD38 is also widely expressed by IL-10 producing regulatory B cells [67]. Therefore, it could be argued that the depletion of immunosuppressive and regulatory subtypes may limit the efficacy of anti-CD38 therapies, or, in worst cases, induce a flare of the autoimmune disease."

Have you pursued Ibudilast + Baricitinib? Efgartigimod + Vericiguat? My doc does do Daratumumab for very treatment refractory cases but also follows his patients very closely as that's very immune suppressive.
I tried roflumilast, which gave me insane RLS and agitation. I met just a few people as refractory to trataments as me. 7 years trying drugs and nothing that really worked.
