B12 won’t cure MECFS. High levels are associated with early death.

Good article. I have excellent appetite regulation for B12 so I can tell how much to take. If I were taking it blind I would ask a doctor for appropriate levels.

Many nutrients are harmful in excess.

The research on carpal tunnel gave a level of 20,000 to 50,000 iu/day while healing. ME patients are stuck in a sick state so I have no idea how it would help them. I assume I need a lot because of post apoptotic healing. In the early stage I was probably taking 20,000 iu per day equivalent. Now I need about 10,000 iu per day.
