Weight Loss Surgery & CFS/M.E. & related conditions

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone has had weight loss surgery (bariatric - gastric bypass etc) while having this illness or related conditions? Any comments etc appreciated.

Hi @Janice. I hope you can somehow talk to a CFS/ME specialist before you do this surgery just to make sure it will be OK.

Maybe if the CFS/ME is not too severe for you, there won't be much to worry about...but not sure.

The only thing I can suggest is to ask that they do not use Nitric Oxide....I was told that by my specialist when I asked him about a surgery I was going to have.
