It's important to note that this expanded recall applies only to valsartan manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals. The only brands of valsartan that have been affected by these various recalls are those that source their raw materials from China, where the contamination occurred. Contamination has not been detected in other sources of valsartan, which are still available.

You're absolutely right .... I plead brain fog.

I almost didn't post this because I just knew something would fall between the cracks, and I was going to " ....wait til I'm better ..." until I remembered the unreliability of that supposition, and considered the fact that even brain-fogged info might be better than none.
