Vagus Nerve in The Guardian

Probably stuff people here already know, but nice to see it getting a bit more attention. I've always thought it seemed related, especially in those of us with constant tachycardia that's treatment resistant, etc. Doesn't sound like they know much more, though - but at least covering in a mainstream publication.

Hello @hapl808......The article in The Guardian was interesting. You may want to check the many videos on youtube concerning the vagus nerve. Some are quite good, although I can't say I'd found help for a constant cough (which could be allergies, who knows?). Still, you may want to take a look. Yours, Lenora

Thanks, I'll look again. I've tried various acupressure points and humming and all that stuff over the years. I think I used an electric thing many years ago, but only vague memory of that. I've also had issues with a cough, but after lots of air purifiers and other things, some of it seems tied to any mental or physical exertion triggers acid reflux which seems to trigger a cough for me. It's a very strange cycle, and because my threshold is so low, I think that may have given me a chronic cough for a decade. Still trying to improve that.
