United States source for a Mitochondrial or ATP function profile test??

I have done a quick search and not noticing anything about a US source for this test? Because I see as of August 2016, Myhill won't let you order it. I have emailed the Acumen Lab and am awaiting a response.

You don't have to use Acumen Lab, there are others in Europe who do them.

As you're in the US I would wait for the Metabolon test to come out.
