Tyramine Intolerance?

I had a proline intolerance for some months (a year?). I avoided proline-rich foods, and it went away on its own. That may or may not mean anything for your intolerance. With ME, I think that two people could have intolerance to the same molecule, but via unrelated mechanisms, and thus completely different results from treatments. Such a confusing disease.

Look up "Tyramine" and vision blue (as the PR member) in the search boxes. She hasn't been posting on the site for a while but is also someone affected by them.

There are medications that cause this, MAOIs iirc.
You can avoid them in your diet and for most people some Tyramine is not a big issue. Though iirc its found in many types of cheese.
