Tremors

Hi
I had something scarey happen this morn..
So I woke to involuntary movement of one finger.. I've had this before and body twitching..
Went into the kitchen felt v weak and then it felt like my whole body was tremoring and for a spit second I thought I might seizure but I didn't...

I had that fairly early in my ME. I'd have my fingers poised over the keyboard, and one finger would suddenly start bouncing up and down. I think that phase lasted several months, but went away.
