Thanks I am very interested in Chinese medicine and I found this Chinese: 肉苁蓉, pinyin ròucōngróng.
I guess the question always is - do you want your inflammatory response to be even stronger? I guess it is a question of balance. My grandmother must have had plenty IL6 since she lived to 102 in pretty good health. She ate very little, so maybe it's the fasting and calorie restriction thing. Basically, she at cake and coca cola and bread - a few veggies and a glass of that horribly sweet Mogan David wine.
