Think i messed up another disc, cold sensation.

Gettinf cold snesationa. I wore a neck brace, twisted and messed up some disc in middle if upper back. I get these cold feelings. I guess that is nerv damage? I obv want this try and limit this but i am trying my best and hard to manage anotjer issue. How serious?
