The new PPAR-δ agonists

Hi everyone,

this year the FDA approved both Seladelpar and Elafibranor, the former being a PPAR-delta agonist and the latter being a dual PPAR alpha and delta agonist. Has anyone tried these for ME/CFS?
It looks like they are quite expensive though.
They are not yet avaliable in the EU I believe.

i do not know those, but i use pioglitazone which is PPAR gamma. it helps in my case a lot, it improved my symptoms , all of them, even the blood work. when i reduce it , i become worse.
