Hi all,

Has anybody tried the Vitality Ring? It typically retails at £50 here in the UK but is currently half price.

It uses Acupressure & Magnetic Field Technology and claims to help with sleep, migraines & fatigue by stimulating the nerves.

I have looked at reviews but most seem to be negative based on delivery delays rather than actual potential benefits.

Like most I am sceptical of supposed benefits from the manufacturer when there is limited research or feedback.

Any feedback would be welcome.

AFAIK, nerves are unaffected by static magnetic fields, even super-strong ones for the latest MRIs. I'd consider anything claiming health benefits from magnetic gadgets to be a scam. A static magnetic field definitely won't "stimulate" a nerve.

I wouldn't put too much stock in it. I fully regret spending on some far out stuff, in the past. The latest was the Violet Ray.
