May I ask you all a question?

Yes, sweating a lot and respiratory problems are often associated with different medical conditions.
There is, however one major most overlooked medical diagnosis, that often goes back all the way to childhood.

Childhood bronchitis, general breathing problems, slow weight gain and salty skin when sweating.

Some adults still have salty skin when sweating, while sick or exercising.

It is called cystic fibrosis.
