Sun or heat makes you ill?

Even if slightly hot, or if I go in the sun, it exacerbates all symptoms,
and triggers some type of poisoned feeling, prickly sensations in the jaw,
and chest, (similar to arachidodnic acid during a heart attack), circulating.
It could be compared to when being injected with local anesthetic!!

It also increases heart rate, and chaotic sympathetic nervous response

I was curious to find out, and stumbled across and article, which
describes the above. It discusses the sun/heart increasing
free radicals. I lost the article, if someone else has it, could you
please post the link?

I couldnt take heat when I had liver issues, could afterwards. Now I've been cold for years, and am just starting to warm up with thyroid hormones. Intolerance of heat is also a symptom of hyper-thyroid. I think also its a symptom of broader dyregulation common to all of us. When its hot, and humid, all the more.

Yes. I am hypothyroid, but can't take meds, made me worse and very ill.
Looking into black radish and Iodine instead. The article mentioned that
the sun/heat increases free radiacals in some.

I have been reading about this for about a year, joined a yahoo group. I doubt that my GP will test
for this, nor will he refer me to specialists.

I can't take anti histamines, and some are taking prednisone, which I would not take anyway.

A researcher wrote an interesting article about he explosion of Mast Cell Diseases, and mentions meds such as beta blockers being one of the triggers.

i love heat on my back because i have alot of back problems and a heating pad feels good..hot bath feels good...

i would love to sit outside because i do love and appreicate nature so much always have...but espically right now its so hot all over in the US that is dangerous to be out in it.....but even on a not really hot day the sun hurts my eyes...too bright..and the heat makes me nausea and feel more drained...doctor tells me to get out more when i feel like it..take walks etc..pain medications help me do that sometimes...

if youve not talked to your doctor you should maybe something else is going on...so many pollens too...maybe your allergic to something
