i tried this afew years ago, i think pre cfs and it had some energizing effect but no better then caffeine. If i remember its a form of vit b1??

Sulbutiamine has been a great natural anti depressant for me. I didnt notice improvement in any other areas.

Hi, reading the wikipedia article it has been clinically trialed for treating post infectious chronic fatigue and found wanting. This does not mean it might not be useful. A lipophilic (fat soluble) version of B1 may or may not be more able to get to places (including the brain) that regular B1 can't get to. It might be worth experimenting with, but its unlikely to be a miracle treatment. Bye, Alex
