So this is interesting. Apparently during non-REM sleep our brain neurons fire in synchrony in order to move CSF across the brain and basically give it a bath, wash out the toxins. I'm guessing this does not work right for ME/CFS and also CCI patients due to sleep disruptions. Thoughts?
