So this is interesting. Apparently during non-REM sleep our brain neurons fire in synchrony in order to move CSF across the brain and basically give it a bath, wash out the toxins. I'm guessing this does not work right for ME/CFS and also CCI patients due to sleep disruptions. Thoughts?

Anybody have access to Science online and able to tell us if there is anything that might point to us in this report?

excelent study, It won't surprise me at all if persons with ME/CFS had impaired CSF flow during sleep, maybe that could contribute to the "non restorative sleep" seen in said persons
