Found this awhile back and thought it was an incredibly interesting study.

It's from 2008 but quite clearly shows that specific lactis strains do confer a big increase in igg. Which might be of interest to those really struggling with immuno defiency. Like @Treeman

I'm still researching the strains and I am not sure yet if they are commercially available. Although I'd hazard a guess taking a good quality probiotic with plenty of strains might confer some of the same benefits.

I am currently trying TWOstrains of probiotic. Specific strains. Discussed on another thread here in PR.

Not species listed in the study above.

I am liking these probiotics which are purported to work on the HPA axis, something a bout cortisol, and might improve anxiety and depression....(which may not be this IGG effect posted above).
