Stimulate the vagus parasympathetic system for hr or bp

Our problem seems to be related to an over active sympathetic nervous system which can shoot up hr or stress levels. I have worked with stimulating the vagus using a cheap device that connects to the ears. Sending a tiny bit of electricity through the contacts stimulates your vagus nerve and will lower heart rate. I've used it a number of times in the past before cfs.

While the sympathetic nervous system stimulates action, the parasympathetic system quiets the body down. Here is a link https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/325909 it can even help with other conditions as well
