Hi in the jungle of diagnosis i came (maybe) to understand where my problems starts from... i could have Isaac Syndrome or Stiff person syndrome.
I had a previous diagnosis of BFS Benign fasciculation syndrome because of my fasciculations, but my symptoms are more than that, for me fasciculations are not a problem at all they are not painfull.
I have a sense of stiffness in legs and neck expecially in legs it became more intense under exercise (cyclette) and then it diminisces but with tension always present there where it become stiff during exercise
Other symptoms includes exercise intorance (breathlessness), and light sorness always present in chest (costocondr...something??) and hands, feets, legs.
Then there is the tremor... tremor that starts when i try to keep a position, and it is greater with light intense positions (keppeng something in my fingers, making abx) it's a tremor that i call isometric because strats when i keep an isometric position and is not present at rest.
I read that @dbkita has the stiff person syndrome so because i'm a newbe of this i would like to know how she is managing the situation and if she found something that work for her in getting better.
Obviously everyone is welcome to say and give feedbacl

dbkita doesn't seem to post here anymore, but he is/was taking steroids. He also said high doses of magnesium glycinate were essential to him.
