Hi,
I have been exploring the idea of using stem cell therapy (specifically umbilical cord stem cells) for both low back arthritis and/or inflammatory bowel disease. But as I was searching for reviews and information on Umbilical cord stem cells I came across Exosomes which some claim is even a better choice.... So I am now trying to compare these 2 options to see which might work best for my 2 issues and that is the purpose for this thread...
Has anyone tried either one? Any thoughts?
I have also heard of a study that is in phase III for stem cells, so wondering if anyone has any further information on that? hopefully these studies will help nudge the process of legalizing Umbilical cord Stem cells in USA.
Please share your thoughts on these 2 options.
