Has anyone ever contacted a private practitioner on here, wether it's alternative or mainstream medicine, who's actually said to them, "I'm very sorry, but there's almost certainly nothing I can do for you". So there's no money is involved.

ever contacted a private practitioner
the allergist immunologist called back after I made an appointment, the receptionist called and indicated "we can't help you"...it was a Just Go Away type of phone call, I found appalling.

I'm back deciding to hardly have any further contact with doctors.

i notice this too. if it gets complicated, with disability and disease, people tend to just want you to go away. no matter if medical or just looking for a new place to stay.
this world is truly fallen... but there are those little lights who act to the contrary, helping when they see there is need. rare though.

Sometimes drs have communicated before an appointment is booked that they don't think they're a suitable person for the case. Like they'll ask for a brief reason for why you're booking, and based on that make a judgement of if it's something within their purview. What's worst is when you pay a fortune and go through a whole appointment only for them to then say they have no clue how to help.
