Scholarships

I would like to go back to school, but I don't have money to pay for it. In the field I'm interested in it's common for schools to offer assistantships with tuition wavers and stipends, but they're only for full time students. I don't think I have the energy to go full time. Does anyone know if there are any scholarships to fund education for people with disabilities, maybe specifically CFS patients? Or where to look to find out about them if they exist? So far I haven't found anything.

Thanks.

Yes, some countries will waive tuition if you are on full disability.
