RTX causing NK cell lymphocytosis

As her serum B cells went to zero from the RTX, her NKs went from 140 to 413.

Are there similar reports, either directly from patients or in published papers? I hadn't heard of such a thing when RTX is used in hematological malignancies.

Hi, heapsreal. As tl activity, all I have at this point is the indirect evidence of Jacque's recent account on how a longstanding infection was wiped out after taking the RTX (as part of Kogelnik's pilot study).

I agree with you that it's very interesting. It's a whole other angle besides quelling autoimmuntiy or excessive inflammatory cytokines.

This is encouraging but the lymphocytosis should not stay too long.
