RIDICULOUS KNEE FATIGUE! ANY THOUGHTS?

One absolutely annoying symptom I have consistently on a daily basis is knee fatigue. It doesn’t take long for when I’m on my feet or walking around my home for my knees to become tired. There’s no inflammation there as I’ve been told by a rheumatologist.

Can anyone tell me what may be causing this and what I can do to help it apart from resting?

Cheers.

On an occasional basis I am familiar with a pain around the knees. It´s a very unimportant symptom for me.
Sometimes I get pain inside one knee from climbing the steps, but this as well is no major concern.

However, the first one I now relate to my pyrimadal system in the brain - it´s somehow speculative enough though.
After I took stupidly one single time an antipsychotic I can feel my pyramidal system, and if there would be to many connections inside this system instead of more connections to the other regions of the brain, I can get this pain around the knees.
Here I think - because I can influence this by an anticholinergic (a spoon of tomatoegreentea, without pesticides - in each drink) ... In my case what helps in addition is an intake of silver, chromium and occasionally zinc, to say it roughly.

I personally use almost homeopathic watersolutions, but they might work only because I am improving from a low manganese diet which makes me very sensitive to bad influences (and good ones too). It´s a very slow and difficult improvement over years however, but thanksfully significiant.

Have you had a hypermobility assessment @SmokinJoeFraz93? Knees are a common complaint in that spectrum and should be picked up on with a Beighton scoring that even non-specialist Rheumatologists should be able to do.

I never really thought myself hypermobile (certainly not to the extent of party-trick EDSers), but proper examination showed I was. And so many of the non-joint related symptoms overlap and will just be chalked up as CFS/ME unless you know better.

If it is hypermobility causing your pain it'll only get worse the more you rest it, building muscle is key but obviously not straightforward.

I used to have it with leg blood pooling, I started wearing compression stockings and it helped it ( I do meds now, the socks only to travel or excercise) as needed.
