Restrictive throat/clicking when swallowing

Does anyone else get clicking when swallowing and feel weird when they swallow? It feels like something is out of whack with my swallowing mechanism. That is the best way to describe it and it is pretty much all the time. I can breathe fine but it just feels like narrowed in a way.

Is this click noise caused only when swallowing, or does it appear on other times too?

My ears click when I swallow, had this since childhood.

I get a click from my hyoid bone when I swallow (in front of the voice box). Sometimes swallowing is difficult.
