RBC exchange apheresis for Babesiosis

I just received a positive blood smear for Babesia, which in addition to positive B Duncani IgM titers gives me confidence that Babesia is causing the majority of my symptoms.

Unfortunately, I've been on different anti-malarials for very long periods of time, and they seem to have lost their effectiveness. Currently, I'm doing the full Buhner herbal protocol for Borrelia and Babesia, along with Ozone Major Autohemotherapy ("10-pass ozone").

Given my issues with eradicating these organisms, I'm worried that either a) these treatments will not be enough, or b) it will take me a long, long time to recover.

I've read a bit about RBC exchange for Babesiosis:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5144532/
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27583822

A couple of questions:

1. Does anyone have experience with this treatment, either doing the treatment or even just looking into it?
2. Reading these studies, they reference "parasitemia", which as I understand it is the % of RBCs infected with parasites. However, my iGeneX FISH test simply returned "positive". How would I go about finding this number for myself? Would a test like this one from LabCorp tell me? https://www.labcorp.com/test-menu/32741/parasite-examination-whole-blood
