Hi.

Some have had rapid improvements with Olmesartan in a few weeks. Do you know how long these fast responders take?

I take 40 mg. of Olmesartan every 6 hours for 12 days and at the moment I do not notice anything. My liver and kidney tests are perfect.

How long is it reasonable to insist to know if I am a fast responder? I will not take it for years without effects! I have medication for about 2 months.

Thank you very much for your attention.
Best regards.

Thanks for the links. I conclude that 2 months is enough.

I do not know what level of vitamin D I have, I had 27 in 2017. I will measure it soon. For the moment I avoid blue fish and the sun.

One thing is if you are very symptomatic pre-Benicar it can make you suffer less, i.e. the anti inflammatory effect will predominate(if a lot of inflammation is already running through your body).

Whats up with your D25 level? If its high enough(more than 20ng/ml) the pro inflammatory response will be blunted:
https://mpkb.org/home/starting/therapeutic_probe

Also if you are taking any other medication or is on an anti inflammatory diet(lots of fiber, PUFA, etc) the feedback will likely be suppressed too.

I like the following old(2004) paper defining some original properties of Benicar:
https://web.archive.org/web/2005050...nityresearch.org/pathogenesis-of-borreliosis/

The 2004 paper is MUCH better than anything else out there about the Marshall protocol. You can't read a lot of the original research anymore.

Also, are you saying that one can do the Marshall protocol and not have any "die off", painful symptoms that Marshall describes as "good, it means it's working"? I thought that the immunopathy was necessary for the MP to work.

Marshall says that for some die-off symptoms are not that painful than for others and they can still make progress.

Has anyone here done the Marshall Protocol? I've always been interested in it, but flip back and forth thinking it's misguided/wrong.

Today I have removed the egg and the avocado from my diet.

How many days later should my vitamin D level come down?
