I kind of like Myhills aproach to ME.

But I have a question about her mitochondrial support protocol and I wonder if anyone else have any knowledge or thought about this. The protocoll is Q10, Acetyl-L-Carnitine,Niacinamide and D-Ribose. My question why she does not use creatine, it seems to be a natural part of such a protocoll.

I understand its a specific question but creatine is often used in combo with D-ribose. And I seen a study with creatine on fibromyalgia (very small though) and it had some effect. What I wonder is there some negatives in using creatine or maybe its just a waste of cash or maybe its not good in this combo. Any thoughts would be welcome.
