I was wondering what the difference between a "regular" amino acid compared when it is a HCL version (Hydrochloride) ?
I understand HCL is a salt form which makes makes it water soluble and will be better absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract.
Would appreciate if someone who knows could inform me of the rest if any.
So is that all there is?
Is there anything negative about HCL?
