I dont know if anyone knows about this?
But it seems like hormonal can affect heart?

My issue got worse at puberty.
Despite normal regular blood test.

Ever since i took progestine(got prescrip for endometriosis) my heart issue got decrease (palp tachy)

though im not 100% sure what cause it. But i have heart issues my whole life(struggling bed ridden even, cause of it) and suddenly it decrease. so its weird. (not 100% gone but decreased like 65%) the only difference that i consume is that drug

also since i dont get period anymore.. ((no more wasting blood and spike hormonal)
it reminds me the time i got a lot worse was when i got my period during puberty(teenage)

i read pots patient also got it during puberty and it change when theyre pregnant..

side note: before this, ive tried everything. Try to tackle this heart issue forever.(supplement, etc) Searching and read all the infos. But nothing.

Dr Svetlana Blitshteyn has looked into hormonal influences in autonomic dysregulation. I don't know whether she looked at progestin specifically. Perhaps you have already seen her work but here is a link to a lecture she did just in case:

Do you have POTS, or suspect it?

Wow i didnt know about this Thank you for sharing

i know Dr Blitshteyn and ive consulted once with her but only via virtual since i live very far away.
I forget if i mention about hormonal with her i might neeed to check again.
And she suspected i might have some degree of dysautonomia too connected to other conditions but since its virtual cant run test directly. And in my country theres no specialist in pots and other umbrella terms 'uncommon' health issues.

What it says in the video is very interesting about hormonal connection with the disease 🤔
Actually i ask AI this recenty and AI also said theres a connection
But i dont know how reliable that answer.

Anyway yes ive had POTS symtomps dysautonomia symptoms but it comes and go and fluctuative and it overlaps with other symptoms.

My issue mainly heart (palpitation tachy etc) but i have other symptoms as well.

Reading about hormonal it seems i do have issue with it and some of my diseases connected to it 😞

Still clueless about the heart. Which makes me devastated

@kisekishiawase - you also might have an issue with low potassium. Low potassium can cause palpitations and other heart issues. If you drink a few glasses of tomato juice or vegetable juice, or coconut water, which are high in potassium, you can see if they help.

And @LINE might be right - it could also be an issue with low magnesium.

I'm afraid I don't know anything about hormones and heart issues -

@kisekishiawase, I'm so sorry there aren't any specialists in your country to help. I live in Australia and although there are a few specialists here it's very hard to get in to see any of them.

It sounds like you might have already tried some of the basic treatments for POTS (or similar), such as electrolyte drinks or compression garments.
