Positive ANA, Homogeneous, High Titer

Back and forth, sometimes positive sometimes not. I meet the requirements for Lupus after almost 20 years of CFS/Fibro. Noone can tell me if I have Lupus or not.

Wonder if a positive ANA is from Lyme?

I have speckled, and quite high too - 1280, with ss/ra presence, so they suspect sjogrens, but I have 0 symptoms of sjogrens. What I think happens is that after a long-term infection (be it a virus such as EBV, retrovirus as XMRV, o bacterial infection, such as Lyme) system is confused. Infections can activate auto-immune system.
