Phthalate free enteric coated empty capsules?

Enteric coatings use phthalates, but acid armor do not, however I can not find them anywhere.

I am after empty capsules to fill with Magnesium Bicarbonate. I do not want it in stomach, just intestines 2 hours after food.

Does anyone has a source?
