I can't find any information about the doctors and their research. It doesn't mean it's not there as it could be right in front of me and I missed it. I even checked some Lyme forums.

I may have omitted part of one doctor's name but can't remember which sites I was on when that happened.

If anyone has citations, please post. Thanks in advance.
