Personal searchable database

I have about 2 months of records of my my CFS symptoms/treatment and am now ready to put it in a database so I can find correlations

Anybody have any recommendation on database software to do this on?

I'm fine with SQL

If you're fine with SQL, you should already know sql database software as well, don't you? MS SQL, My SQL, PostgreSQL ... For such a small database, it doesn't really matter which one you choose.
