Paracetamol affect blood test results?

I just realised I took a couple of paracetamol tablets and I am having a blood test taken this morning. Will this affect results? I wonder if I should wait now until another day. Some of my tests to be done are Rheumatology - tests for inflammation.

I'm a registered Medical Technologist (specialist in diagnostic blood and urine tests) and have never heard of paracetamol having any effect on any blood tests.

For future reference, you may find the following website helpful:
https://labtestsonline.org

Once you've found the test you're interested in, click on the tab where it says "Test Sample" and scroll to the bottom of the page where it says:
"Is any test preparation needed to ensure the quality of the sample?"
Any interfering substances will be listed there.

Here's the "Test Sample" page for ANA:

My memory is dreadful. I just went and put a 1/2 tsp of manuka honey in my mouth and had to quickly spit it out lol - I have a test for blood sugar as well. I think I better get going soon and get the test done.
