Opinions on the safety of chromium supplementation (specifically nicotonate glycinate chelate)

So there have been studies done suggesting that supplementation of chromium picolinate can cause cell mutagency(sp?). However, the studies seem rather inconclusive. There are also no studies that show chromium nicotonate could potentially be toxic, but there are no studies that prove it is safe either. This paper was pretty convincing to me that chromium supplementation is low doses is safe:

However, there are so many articles that have the opposite opinion that I question myself. The reason I want to hear other opinion is that I really want to supplement with iodine/selenium/zinc/manganese/molybdebum but all the formulas I have found contain chromium in some form and the thought of taking all those supplements individually makes me crazy and I probably just won't. This is the one I'm interested in taking:

Any thoughts on this?
