There are legit pharmacies out there, well as legit as you can get while being technically illegal. I haven't needed one for a while, so I can't recommend any. At the very least, google for their reputation before buying stuff from anyone.
The pharmacies are generally overseas, out of reach of the US gov. Customs can hold shipments and ask for a prescription, but generally doesn't bother or care about unscheduled drugs.

I can't comment on Nimodipine but there are companies in places like India (Cipla for example) making cheap generics for their markets. These are sold on line.

Confirm 4rx.com has been quite reliable for me. I've used them for about 2 years now to order rizatriptan for my husband, and Xyzal for myself.
Others I've used without incident are: GoldPharma (order isoprinosine), PharmacyEscrow.com (item I ordered turned out to be not available and the pharmacy they used sent the wrong item... but Pharmacy Escrow took care of it quite efficiently, refunding my $$ promptly). For a certain subset of drugs, often anti-aging or smart-drug related (but including thyroid meds), International Anti-Aging Systems and Anti-AgingCentral.com are good (a bit pricey, but reliable). I've had some trouble with IASS's payment processing company rejecting my cards for no apparent reason, so generally use Anti-AgingCentral now (it must be somehow related; they sell the same stuff).
For Canadian pharmacies, I use "CanadaDrugs.com" to buy Valdoxan (antidepressant not yet available in U.S.). Rx required for orders from Canadian pharmacies.

Thanks for all the input. So it sounds like there are safe online pharmacies. I'm hoping to get a prescription to try nimodopine, but if not, I'll try one of these online pharmas. My worst symptom by far is terrible brain fog and if I can get more blood flow to the brain, maybe it will help.

Baclofen is a drug dr jay goldstein use to recommend for many cfs patients, i have found it helpful for increase sleep depth and good for headaches, possibly help with brain fog, cheap and available by 4rx under muscle relaxers. Not too long ago I ordered something from magicpharma.com and I was pleasantly surprised that I got my shipment a lot sooner than I thought it would take. It only took a little over a week to get it and it came from India.
