I don't actually have MCAS, but this seemed like best place to post this thread...

I am using Nasalcrom spray for seasonal allergies - a sodium cromoglicate nasal spray.

The instructions with it aren't entirely clear about how to spray it. Whereabouts exactly are the mast cells in the nose? I don't know whether I should be trying to spray it upwards into the nasal cavity? I'm quite bad at it and keep just getting the liquid in my nostrils - I'm not sure if that is supposed to happen or not?
