Recently I did a trial taking Histame with meals. At first it gave me a noticeable improvement - far easier to fall asleep at night and about 20% improvement in how far I could walk each day. I was quite pleased with that. After a few weeks however I found it started to irritate my bladder and I was up all night going to the toilet. Seems the byproduct of histamine being diamine oxidized(?) was something my body couldn't deal with. Just thought I would share in case others are trialling this supp. Cheers.
